Step by step

From order to online in six steps

  1. 1
Order and get your ticket numberOnce your order is confirmed we open a deployment ticket and send your receiving address, contact person and reference number. IP addresses are assigned right away so we can pre-configure your ports.
  2. 2
Pack your equipment properlyDouble-box with foam or air bags, secure every internal part, add rails for rack servers and label each box. See the packing checklist below.
  3. 3
Tell us what is comingUse the notice form on this page or reply to your ticket with carrier, tracking number, expected arrival date and your equipment list. Shipments without notice may be delayed or refused.
  4. 4
Ship to the receiving addressUse the address in your ticket and write Attn: your name + ticket number on every box. Never ship to a data center suite address that was not issued to you.
  5. 5
We receive, inspect and rackOur technicians unbox, photograph, inspect and rack your gear for free, then cable power and network. Most deployments are online within 48 hours of arrival.
  6. 6
You get a go-live confirmationWe email you when everything is online, with port, IP and power details. Billing starts when your service goes live, not while your boxes are in transit.
Packing checklist

Pack it like it has to survive a courier

Double-box everything

Use an inner box with foam, bubble wrap or air bags inside a sturdy outer carton. Avoid loose packing peanuts because they build static.

Include rails

Rack-mount servers need rails. Without them a per-server mounting fee applies and installation waits for compatible rails.

Secure internal parts

Screwless chassis can open in transit. Tape or strap drives, cards, fans and heatsinks so nothing shifts.

Label every box

Put Attn: name + ticket number, the box number (for example 2 of 5) and your company name on the outside.

Send a clear inventory

List manufacturer, model, serial number, description, IP and OS for every item, and mark each as new install or replacement.

Insure and track

Insure the shipment for its full value and keep the tracking number. Carriers are responsible for damage in transit.

Where to send it

Receiving by location

We send the exact receiving address and hours with your ticket. Always ship to the address on your ticket and never to an address you found elsewhere.

Shipping into India from abroad?

International shipments to Noida or Mumbai go through Indian customs. Import duties, GST and customs clearance are the sender or consignee’s responsibility. Talk to us before you ship and we will tell you what paperwork is needed and recommend a customs broker, so your equipment is not held at the border.

Remote hands

Free reboots and initial rack and stack. Troubleshooting, swaps, cabling and repacking are billed hourly. See current rates on request.

Leaving is simple, with no hostage situations.

Cancel before renewal

Submit your cancellation in the client portal before the next renewal date, or the service renews for another month.

What if my server arrives damaged?+

We photograph packages on arrival and contact you straight away. File the claim with your carrier and we will help with documentation.

Can you ship my equipment back to me?+

Yes. We pack it, give you the box dimensions and weight, and you book a prepaid courier pickup. Packing and labour are billed as remote hands.
